Commish Note 22-02 Draft Rule Changes

***RULE CHANGE PROPOSALS***

I am going to post a word document that represents the proposed rule changes for this year to include those which need to be voted on. These are still very much a draft so nothing is official. A couple notes

1. PTS proposed 3 rule changes.

a. One of which I added to the league votes section as commissioner initiated because it seemed reasonable. (the one changing defensive points).

b. I did not add the proposal to remove points for first downs because i really like that aspect of our league. that being said if PTS can get 3 more people to send me an email in favor of eliminating them I'll add to the ballot

c. Similarly I did not include his proposal for changing end of season payouts. In this case I don't care what the payouts are at the end of the season. I only like charging a decent amount of cash because it ensures serious players sign up. I am not including his proposal because I would rather separate this discussion from the ruels about the mechanics of the game. If PTS organizes a discussion on and obtains a majority agreement on a new payout structure I'll be happy to implement it. I'll also participate in the discussion.

2. If you have any further proposals send them to me. If you send them to me without at least four other owners concurring, then I'll include it if I like it. Otherwise, I'll tell you why I don't like it similar to the above comments about PTS proposals. If you do have four concurrences then it's guaranteed to be put up for vote.

3. I want to get these out before our draft which starts 01 June so let me know by next Sunday. If you need a little more time, just let me know.
